The Aaron’s Sales and Lease 8U girls’ softball team has been representing Clayton Parks and Recreation very admirably in the early stages of the 2012 spring season, showing improvement with each passing practice and game.

The 8U girls have been especially impressive thus far on offense, seeing great at bats and production throughout their lineup. In addition to their power packed hitting attack, they have been gaining confidence and knowledge around the diamond on defense as well. They have worked very hard through their first month of practice and opened up game play last week, traveling to Meadow for their first game and then welcoming Glendale for a home game in Clayton. Aaron’s will look to continue having fun and improving all aspects of their game this week when they battle McGee’s and Four Oaks.
